INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Pay maximum attention to handling during installation operations, avoiding hitting or scraping tools and sharp hard objects on the surface. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage to these precious materials caused by impacts or rubbing. Therefore, complaints for damage caused during and after installation will not be accepted.
Adhesives such as, for example, H40 no limits by Kerakoll or Ultralite S2 by Mapei and others with the same technical characteristics are suitable for installation. Before grouting, protect the edge of the slab with paper tape. Seal the joints only with cement grouts or neutral silicones, do not use epoxy grouts and acetic silicones. Remove any grout residues with warm water and a microfibre cloth within 30 minutes of applying the sealants, never use abrasive sponges. Spread the glue with a notched trowel at least 5mm on the bottom of the wall and apply the sheet to the wall. When it comes to covering an internal wall, it is not necessary to spread the back of the slab. For a better aesthetic result we recommend installation by spacing the slabs with a maximum gap of 1mm. Do not use mechanical self-levelling systems as removing them could damage the surface. Tap the slab well with a rubber spatula in order to align the slabs with each other. Before proceeding with the installation and grouting, it is advisable to check the graphics of the material and never start with the installation from the ground but to leave at least 4 mm from the floor, leveling the material. Protect the edge of the slab with paper tape before grouting. Slowly remove the tape immediately after grouting (maximum 30 minutes) and/or painting. When removing the tape, avoid using metal tools (cutters/spatulas) which can mark and damage the slab, taking care to clean any grout residues with water/neutral agents and a non-abrasive sponge. OPIUM also meets the requirements for processed steel and follows a different path, which should be requested from the company.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUTTING AND DRILLING:
CUTTING for VELVET TOUCH, TACTILE, METHALDONE & AMNESIA surfaces must be carried out with suitable equipment for cutting porcelain stoneware with a thin diamond disc, th. 1.2mm (e.g.: Tyrolit Premium DCT 1A 1R) mounted on the cutting machine guide (e.g.: Kera-Cut Di Sigma) or by hand with a flexible grinder.
For CIPRIA, CRYSTAL, ORO CRYSTAL & OROPURO surfaces, the CUTTING must be carried out EXCLUSIVELY by cutting the slab from ABOVE using a water-cooled GRINDER with thin 1.2mm thick diamond discs (see video tutorial).
Complete the process by removing any decoration residues present with the same abrasive sponge used to clean the cut edge. Other cutting methods could jag the decoration at the edges and are therefore not recommended. Drill the holes with a non-percussion drill with a tungsten tip, wetting it repeatedly with water. For large holes use continuous band diamond hole cutters mounted on a (flexible) grinder. OPIUM also meets the requirements for processed steel and follows a different path, which should be requested from the company.

ORDINARY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use water or neutral detergents commonly available in shops. For stubborn dirt, use any degreasing detergent as long as it is not of a high alkaline value. Use neutral detergents and/or water, cleaning with a microfibre cloth or soft sponge. Acidic anti-limescale products can be used, taking care to quickly rinse the surface with water after application. Do not use solvents or abrasive sponges. OPIUM also meets the requirements for processed steel and follows a different path, which should be requested from the company.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION:
Due to differences in color rendering by internet browsing software and/or display schemes, it is not possible to guarantee the perfect representation of the products on our website. The representation of colors and images on our online and offline promotional channels must be considered merely indicative and cannot be used as definitive proof of the color or texture of the product, as it is not capable of faithfully replicating the surface, environmental and lighting conditions in which the product will be applied by the Customer. Any variations in color and texture between the final product and the sample and/or prototype previously supplied must not be considered production defects and, therefore, cannot be the subject of a complaint. These tolerances must be considered intrinsic characteristics of the normal ceramic digital printing system, whose production process, variables and peculiarities of the materials used can lead to slight variations in color and texture.

WARRANTY:
We will not respond to any complaints about material already installed. We do not respond to alterations or deteriorations caused by external factors and even accidental events, also due to the installation wall and/or the environment, such as for example humidity, mould, scratches, tears, detachments, burns. We are not responsible for any material installed 12 months after the purchase date. We do not respond to chromatic alterations or differences in tone that fall within the normal tolerability of the product category. We are not responsible for consequences on the product resulting from a use that does not conform to that for which it was created. We are not responsible for alterations or deteriorations resulting from the use of non-specific and/or corrosive cleaning products and/or in any case different from those indicated in the instructions provided. We are not responsible for defects resulting from installation that is not in a workmanlike manner and/or that does not comply with the instructions provided by Bulbo and/or from the use of unsuitable or poor quality adhesives. Store the products in a dry place, protected from atmospheric agents, covering the material with protective caps: we are not responsible for material stored and preserved without following this indication.
